Help Desk Support Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join an IT team within a shared services centre in the technology sector. In this role, you will provide direct support to employees, ensuring the efficient resolution of incidents and delivering day-to-day technical assistance.

What You Will Do

• Provide technical support to end users in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments;
• Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals;
• Configure equipment and support the onboarding of new users;
• Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, and local connectivity issues;
• Manage tickets and use ITSM tools in line with ITIL principles;
• Deliver first-level support for business applications following documented procedures;
• Contribute to the setup and launch of the new office, including workstation installation and preparation.

What You Need to Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365;
• Experience providing both onsite and remote technical support;
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL principles;
• Experience using ticketing systems and knowledge management platforms;
• Fluency in English and French (mandatory);
