Help Desk Technician

Watchkeep is looking for a Help Desk Technician who enjoys diagnosing IT issues, identifying root causes, and finding reliable solutions.

This is a hands-on, onsite technical position. We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding how technology works, pays attention to detail, and takes ownership of solving problems.

This isn't a script-driven call center role. We value technical thinking, accuracy, and problem-solving.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with end users to diagnose and resolve Windows hardware, software, and desktop issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, user access, and endpoint problems.
• Configure, image, and deploy Windows computers and applications.
• Investigate technical issues and identify root causes.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Document solutions and manage service tickets through resolution.

What You'll Need

• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking, TCP/IP, and Active Directory.
• Experience with desktop hardware, software, and application support.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• IT degree, certifications, or related experience preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client travel.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
