About the Role

We're looking for a Junior IT Support to join our team. This is an on-site, entry-level role. You'll be the first person employees turn to when they need tech help.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot everyday problems with laptops, phones, printers, meeting rooms, Wi-Fi and common software.
• Set up workstations and accounts for new employees, and help them get started.
• Handle routine Microsoft 365 tasks such as password resets, mailbox access and Teams support.
• Help with software installations, updates and security tools.
• Keep track of IT equipment and maintain simple documentation and user guides.
• Support our global team remotely and help with on-site installations when needed.

Qualifications

• IT courses or certifications
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365
• A service mindset: you enjoy helping people and keep calm and patient, even when users are frustrated.
• Excellent communication: you can explain technical things simply to non-technical people.
• Curiosity and a real passion for technology and learning.
• Responsibility and ownership: you follow through and don't leave issues hanging.
• Good organization and the ability to juggle several requests at once.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
