Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
• Take and process orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS if available
• Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and math accuracy
• Assist in food preparation and serving, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with sanitation regulations
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods and coordinate multiple tasks seamlessly

Experience

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cashiering and order processing
• Experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous but not mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
