💼 Role: Helpdesk Engineer

What You'll Do: 🖥️ Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

⚡ Provide timely solutions for IT problems via phone, email, or in-person

🔒 Assist with password resets and access management

📦 Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications

📝 Document support requests and resolutions

🤝 Collaborate with other IT team members for complex issues

What We're Looking For: ✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role

✅ Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

✅ Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
