Job Description – IT Customer Care / Service Desk Support

• Provided first-level IT support by handling incidents and service requests through phone, email, chat, and remote support.
• Logged, categorized, prioritized, and tracked tickets using ITSM tools while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Performed initial troubleshooting for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, VPN, network, and user account issues.
• Escalated complex or unresolved incidents to appropriate support teams within defined SLA timelines.
• Managed Active Directory user accounts, password resets, account unlocks, and access provisioning requests.
• Monitored ticket queues, followed up with users, and ensured timely ticket resolution and closure.
• Maintained accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Delivered excellent customer service by providing timely updates and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
