Job Title: Helpdesk Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher / 1–2 years
Location: Vadodara

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend and respond to incoming calls and provide proper assistance to candidates/clients.
• Check and respond to official emails on a regular basis.
• Handle queries related to exam/assessment centres and provide necessary information.
• Coordinate with different examination centres for availability, requirements, and related updates.
• Coordinate and manage centre booking activities as per project requirements.
• Maintain proper records of calls, emails, centre details, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external centre representatives for smooth execution of projects.
• Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform other helpdesk and coordination activities as assigned by the management.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
• Good follow-up and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, candidates, and centre representatives.
• Freshers who are willing to learn and work in a coordination-based role can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
