Helpdesk Network Engineer (API & Network Automation)

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer who can fix everyday network issues and understand technical integrations like APIs or hardware protocols (SPI). In this role, you will help users with standard IT tickets while troubleshooting connected devices, system integrations, and network hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Helpdesk: Answer support tickets, help users fix computer/network problems, and write step-by-step guides.
• Network Support: Set up and fix office Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPNs, DNS, and IP addresses.
• API Support: Test and troubleshoot software integrations (REST APIs, JSON, Postman) to keep system data flowing correctly.
• Hardware Support (SPI/Serial): Debug edge devices and microcontrollers using serial interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART) and basic diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
• Automation: Write simple scripts (Python, PowerShell) to automate everyday IT tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: at least 1 year in IT helpdesk, network support, or tech support. (But fresh graduate are also welcome to apply)
• Networking Basics: Understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPNs, subnets, and firewalls.
• Technical Skills:

1. -Familiarity with APIs (HTTP methods, Postman, JSON payloads) OR
2. Experience with SPI/Hardware Protocols (board-level communication, serial debugging).
3. Tools: Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk) and terminal tools (PuTTY, Tera Term).
4. Soft Skills: Friendly customer service skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
