Shift : Rotational Shift
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a call center, helpdesk, or customer service role is preferred.
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a customer-oriented environment.
