Helpdesk Support

Duties:

• Provide first-level IT support to end users via phone, email, remote access, and onsite assistance
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Support and administer Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets
• Log, track, and follow up incidents and service requests through the ticketing system
• Provide technical support for video conferencing and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, VooV, etc. and meeting room technologies
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, software deployment, and equipment replacement
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary
• Perform other IT support duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience

• Experience in Chinese Enterprise would be an advantage

• Solid experience in supporting following areas: MS Server, Windows AD, Email Exchange, Microsoft 365, any kind of Anti-Virus software, video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom & VooV etc.

• Solid understanding of Networking Fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN technologies

• Working knowledge of Cyber Security concepts, including endpoint protection, access control, security awareness, and incident response

• Knowledge of Audio Visual (AV) equipment, meeting room technologies, and conferencing systems

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure projects and system migrations is an advantage

• Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure

• MCP/CCNA would be an advantage

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
