Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other teams when necessary.
- Document customer interactions using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of handling calls, helpdesk management, L1 (level 1) technical support.
- Ability to work on service desk operations with excellent communication skills.
