Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description
The Helpdesk Support I professional provides first-level technical support to computer users by answering calls, creating and tracking support tickets, troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate IT team. Responsibilities include monitoring helpdesk emails and systems, maintaining IT asset records, assisting with hardware and software updates, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Required Education:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, or
• Four years of equivalent work experience, or

Required Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic IT troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and teamwork skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
