Help Desk Technician Full-time - 35 hour / week SALARY: Based on experience
REQUIREMENTS: One year college level course work and MCP or equivalent; one year providing end-user phone support for current PC desktop and application software OR one year installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing personal computers in a network environment.
Must have use of a personal vehicle and a valid CT driver's license. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to perform physical activities such as but not limited to, lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking.
DUTIES: Assist the I.T. Manager to ensure software and applications are current and effectively serving the Derby Public School System.
