Multilingual Helpdesk Technician position requiring German language proficiency. Key responsibilities
- Handle multiple calls per day as required
- Provide PC hardware and software troubleshooting support
- Deliver software application support (e.g. Outlook)
- Provide technical support in multiple languages including English, German, and Portuguese
About you
- Native German speaker with good English communication skills
- At least 1 year of IT, Helpdesk, or Service Desk experience
- Prior BPO experience in Technical Support
- Basic hardware knowledge
- Basic software knowledge
- Basic networking knowledge
- Familiarity and good working knowledge in PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Average written and spoken communication skills in one or more languages including English and Portuguese
