Job Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of helpdesk processes, ticketing systems, and customer support best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets
- Skills in handling performance data, QA results, customer feedback, incident trends, and operational observations.
