You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance for multifunction printers and related devices, via calls, chats and e-mails! (no sales involved!)

WHAT WE OFFER

·Permanent contract. ·Monday to Friday job position! ·Full-time position, with a fixed split schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. ·Annual gross salary (39h/week): €19,623.91, plus a monthly productivity and quality bonus of up to €160 gross (up to €1,920 gross per year). ·Two weeks of training at the Barcelona work centre, scheduled to begin on Monday 28th September. Official start of the role: immediate, after the training. ·Office with Excellent location, near Hospital Clinic metro station- ·Career development and growth opportunities. ·On-site position in Barcelona with the possibility of remote work once you’ve gone through a solid learning curve and become independent in your role!

REQUIREMENTS ·Valid Spanish NIE and Social Security Number. ·Currently living in Barcelona. ·Immediate availability to start. ·Fluency in Danish/ Swedish/French / German, along with an excellent level of English.Please note: Applications from candidates who speak only English will not be considered. ·Availability to work on-site at our Barcelona office.
