Helpdesk/IT Support Consultant

In this role, you will be providing premium levels of support to our clients across a wide range of technologies. Every day is different and you will be presented with a new challenge each day. Your responsibilities will largely be to resolve Level 1 support requests. Some on-site work will also be required.

The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, think on their feet and have exceptional problem-solving skills. They will also have to be able to work independently but must also be a team player.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are also essential to this role.

Experience
