HELPER

Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Helper to support our project and site teams in carrying out daily operational activities. The successful candidate will assist with the preparation of materials, tools, and work areas while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers, technicians, and supervisors with daily site activities.
• Support thermal insulation, scaffolding, passive fireproofing, and corrosion protection works as instructed.
• Prepare, carry, load, unload, and arrange tools, materials, and equipment.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the workplace.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with safety procedures.
• Use tools and equipment properly and report any damage or safety hazards.
• Assist with the movement of materials and equipment at project sites.
• Support other general duties related to project operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in construction, oil and gas, insulation, scaffolding, or related industries is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Willing to work outdoors and at project or site locations.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Willing to travel or work at different project locations, if necessary.
