HELPER

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Helper to join the team at DDC Coolmakers & Powerbuilders Corporation. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Helper, you will play a vital supporting role in our operations, assisting skilled tradespeople and technicians in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Your contribution will be essential to the smooth functioning of our daily operations and the successful completion of projects across the trades and services sector.

What you'll be doing

• Assist skilled technicians and tradespeople with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks
• Prepare and organize work areas, tools, and materials needed for daily operations
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties at job sites and the workplace
• Load, unload, and transport materials, equipment, and supplies safely
• Support the team by running errands and completing various ad-hoc tasks as required
• Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with inventory management and stock monitoring
• Help maintain equipment in good working condition under supervision

What we're looking for

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in the trades and services industry
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour and lift heavy items
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Basic communication skills in English and/or Filipino
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities
• Previous experience in a similar helper or support role is advantageous but not essential
