Helper – Manufacturing & Coating Industry
Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Helper to support our manufacturing and coating operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist production and coating teams with day-to-day operational activities.
• Handle, move, load, and unload raw materials, finished products, tools, and equipment safely.
• Support operators and production personnel with material preparation and other assigned tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping standards within production and designated work areas.
• Clean and organize tools, equipment, and work areas in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow all company Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Properly use and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, damaged materials, or other concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with general manual and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
• Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the supervisor or management.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of workplace health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, factory, industrial, or coating environmentis preferred.

Qualification & Experience

• High School education preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial, factory, coating, or general helper work.
• Candidates with relevant UAE industrial experience will be an advantage.

Employment Details

Working Days: 6 days per week
Weekly Off: Sunday
Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai
Salary: AED 1,200 per month
Accommodation, Transportation and Medical Insurance Provided by the company.

Additional Requirement

Applicants are required to provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) as part of the company’s pre-employment background verification process, subject to applicable UAE regulations and company requirements.
