About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Helper to join the DDC Coolmakers & Powerbuilders Corporation team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our retail operations and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. As a Helper, you will be an integral part of our retail environment, assisting with daily tasks that keep our store running smoothly and contributing to a positive shopping experience for all our customers. This role is essential to the success of our business and offers the opportunity to develop valuable retail experience whilst working with a dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with stock replenishment and ensuring shelves are well-stocked, organised and visually appealing
• Supporting the maintenance of a clean, safe and welcoming store environment throughout the day
• Providing friendly and helpful customer service, answering queries and directing customers to products
• Assisting with receiving, unpacking and processing deliveries and new stock items
• Supporting the team with point-of-sale operations and transaction processing as required
• Helping to set up and maintain product displays and promotional materials
• Performing general housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping and tidying retail spaces
• Assisting with inventory management and stock checks
• Supporting team members with various retail tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

What we're looking for

• A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and grow within a retail environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods and moving stock items
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work as part of a cohesive team
• Basic numeracy skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
• Previous retail or customer service experience is valued but not essential for the right candidate
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and busier retail periods
