JOB DESCRIPTION – HELPER

Position: Helper
Location: Chennai
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and other team members in daily work activities.
• Support in carrying, loading, unloading, and arranging tools and materials.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and site-related work as required.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow instructions given by the Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Handle materials and equipment carefully.
• Support the team during site visits and other assigned activities.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Report any material shortage, damage, or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Basic education/qualification preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable with field/site work.
• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
• Ability to follow instructions properly.
