Hiring: Helper – Fabrication

Job Responsibilities

• Assist welders, fitters, gas cutters and other fabrication workers.
• Help in loading, unloading, shifting and positioning of materials.
• Assist with cutting, grinding, drilling and basic fabrication work.
• Hold and align materials during welding and fabrication activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment and the work area.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and use required PPE.
• Support day-to-day fabrication and workshop activities.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of fabrication work is preferred.
• Physically fit and willing to work in an industrial/fabrication environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious and disciplined.
• Freshers can also apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
