Job Purpose We are seeking a driven and well-presented Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, grow our customer base, and provide market intelligence on competitor activity. This role is ideal for a confident, personable professional with strong selling and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities Identify and acquire new customers through door-to-door campaigns, in line with the approved pricing matrix

Manage account activation and top-ups for newly signed-up customers to drive retention and repeat purchase

Ensure accurate data collection and timely system entry for all confirmed sign-ups

Achieve annual sales targets from the signed-up customer base

Monitor and report on competitor activities, offers, and market trends

Maintain a healthy balance between regular-priced and discounted sign-ups

Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in direct sales or door-to-door campaigns

Strong knowledge of the UAE market

Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities

Presentable and approachable, with excellent communication skills

Strong negotiation and analytical abilities

Valid UAE driving license (required)
