Job Description

We are looking for hardworking and physically fit Construction Helpers to support our construction team in Dubai. The selected candidates will assist skilled workers and supervisors with daily construction activities and maintain a clean and safe worksite.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other construction workers.
• Load, unload, carry, and arrange construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare materials such as cement, sand, mortar, and other items as instructed.
• Assist with general construction and site activities.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from debris.
• Support workers during installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen.
• Handle basic hand tools safely under supervision.
• Follow all company health, safety, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other general duties assigned by the site supervisor.

Requirements

• Preferred Nationality: Nepalese
• Previous construction experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and reliable.
• Willing to work outdoors and in a construction-site environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Candidates willing to join immediately will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 1,000 – 1,200 per month
• Other benefits as per company policy and UAE labour law.
• Accommodation/transportation can be mentioned if provided by the employer.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
