Helper

• Assist skilled workers, technicians, engineers, and other project personnel in their daily tasks.
• Prepare, carry, and organize materials, tools, equipment, and supplies needed for work activities.
• Assist in loading, unloading, transporting, and arranging materials at the worksite.
• Support workers in construction, installation, maintenance, fabrication, and repair activities as instructed.
• Perform basic cleaning, housekeeping, and site preparation to maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Assist in the proper handling and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers to ensure tasks are completed properly and efficiently.
• Assist in preparing work areas and materials before starting assigned activities.
• Report damaged tools, equipment, unsafe conditions, or other work-related concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and project/site regulations.
• Properly wear and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned work area.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a helper in construction, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, or power plant projects is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and lifting materials when required.
• Willing to work in a project/site environment.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow workplace safety procedures.
• With good communication and interpersonal skills.
• With relevant experience in electrical, mechanical, welding, or construction work is an advantage.
• Willing to assign in SOLAR PHILIPPINES CALATAGAN CORP. (SPCC) Brgy. Paraiso and Biga, Calatagan Batangas

Pay: From Php650.00 per day
