About the role

This role supports daily operational activities according to company needs. You will be responsible for transporting, moving, arranging, and storing goods or equipment, maintaining cleanliness and security of the work area, and assisting with company event preparation and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational activities according to company needs
• Transport, move, arrange, and store goods or equipment
• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and security of the work area
• Assist with preparation and execution of company activities or events
• Check condition, quantity, and completeness of operational goods
• Carry out additional tasks from supervisors as needed for operations
• Ensure work is performed according to safety procedures and company regulations

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Physically healthy and capable of performing physical work as required by the position
• Diligent, disciplined, honest, thorough, and responsible
• Able to work individually and in teams
• Good communication skills and willing to follow supervisor instructions
• Willing to work flexibly according to operational needs
• Experience as a helper, operational staff, or warehouse officer is a plus
