Helper

Execute all activities related to loading/unloading, movements of goods, cleaning, helping team members as per instructions received, including safe handling of products and equipment’s.

Job Description of Helper (HOS Operation).

• Physically fit and able to safely handle 5-gallon bottles.
• Able to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive production activities.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and always prioritize safety and product quality.
• Perform daily cleaning of machines, floors, and the workplace.
• Handle company equipment and assets carefully and responsibly.
• Maintain good awareness of quality, personal hygiene, safety, GMP, and 5S standards.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures accurately.
• Demonstrate good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Follow proper product and material handling procedures.
• Always maintain good personal hygiene.
• Safely load and unload 5-gallon empty bottles and finished goods (FG) into/from designated racks.
• Maintain 5S and GMP standards in the production area.
• Perform bottle inspection and segregation, including:
• Empty bottle inspection and segregation.
• Separate extremely dirty, damaged, or defective bottles for manual cleaning or rejection.
• Conduct finished-goods bottle inspection according to company standards.
• Immediately report any quality, safety, equipment, or production issues to the Machine Operator or Production Shift Leader.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Machine Operator or Production Shift Leader.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School; Safe Handling Certificate

Minimum Experience:

• 1 year in similar role preferably in Food & Beverage Companies.
