Helper

I. Duties and responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Load or unload building materials to be used in construction.
• Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures, dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction.
• Operate or tend equipment and machines used in construction.
• Follow construction plans and instructions from superiors.

II. Skills/ criteria:

• High school diploma or certification.
• Able to utilize and operate a range of tools and equipment in installing, maintaining, and repairs.
• Able to operate construction equipment and diversity of power tools.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to work well under and without supervision and able to complete work on time.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions

Pay: From Php19,630.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
