What they need
- Assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
- Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment needed for electrical work.
- Help with pulling, routing, and securing electrical wires and cables.
- Assist in the installation of electrical fixtures, panels, conduits, and other components.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of tools and work areas.
- Transport and handle electrical materials safely at project sites.
- Follow instructions from electricians, technicians, and supervisors.
- Observe proper electrical safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report damaged materials, equipment issues, and potential safety hazards.
- Assist in renewable energy and electrical installation projects as assigned.
- Perform other support duties related to electrical work.
