Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Trainee Engineer to support the Maintenance Department at our Agra branch. The selected candidate will work as a Maintenance Helper under the guidance of senior engineers and assist in day-to-day maintenance, servicing, and repair activities of DG Sets and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in day-to-day maintenance, servicing, and repair activities.
• Support the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of DG Sets and related equipment.
• Help in identifying mechanical and electrical faults under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Handle tools, equipment, and spare parts required for maintenance work.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain safety standards at the workplace.
• Follow instructions given by senior engineers and complete assigned tasks within the stipulated time.
• Maintain basic records of maintenance activities and report technical issues to the reporting manager.
• Support the service and maintenance team in branch operations and field activities, whenever required.

Required Skills

• Basic technical knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical systems.
• Understanding of tools, equipment, and basic maintenance procedures.
• Willingness to learn new technical skills and work under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Good communication skills, discipline, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, or Turner trade.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Candidates willing to work in a hands-on maintenance support role.
• Candidates must be willing to work at the Agra location.

Reporting

The Trainee Engineer will report to the Senior Service Engineer / Branch In-charge.

Note: The selected candidate will initially assist senior engineers as a Maintenance Helper while working under the designation of Trainee Engineer, with opportunities to develop technical skills and grow within the organization.

Additional Benefits: TA/DA as per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
