Helper / Machine Operator

We are hiring Helpers / Machine Operators for an electrical cable manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Selected candidates will initially work as Helpers, supporting experienced Machine Operators in the cable manufacturing process. They will receive practical, on-the-job training in cable production, machinery operation, material handling, quality standards, and workplace safety.

Based on performance, skills, and experience gained during training, successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress into a Machine Operator role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced Machine Operators during electrical cable production.
• Support the preparation, loading, handling, and movement of raw materials and finished cables.
• Learn the cable manufacturing process and production machinery under supervision.
• Assist with machine setup, production activities, and basic machine monitoring as instructed.
• Follow production instructions, quality standards, and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around machines and production areas.
• Identify and report machine, material, quality, or production issues to the supervisor.
• Support the production team in maintaining safe, smooth, and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Follow all company procedures and instructions related to production and workplace safety.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work with production machinery and learn machine operation.
• Interested in building a long-term career in electrical cable manufacturing.
• Previous experience in a factory, production environment, cable manufacturing, or machine operation will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Training & Career Progression

Selected candidates will join as Helpers and receive practical training under experienced

Machine Operators.

The training will cover:

• Electrical cable manufacturing processes
• Production machinery operation
• Machine setup and monitoring
• Raw material handling
• Quality and production procedures
• Workplace health and safety

As candidates develop the required technical skills, production knowledge, and practical experience, they will have the opportunity to progress from Helper to Machine Operator based on performance and suitability.
