About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and hardworking female Helper Staff to support our Sales Team and handle day-to-day backend activities at our store.

The ideal candidate should preferably have experience in a retail/store helper or support role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Team with day-to-day store activities.
• Support sales staff in arranging and organizing merchandise.
• Help with stock movement, folding, tagging, packing, and unpacking products.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the sales floor and backend/storage areas.
• Assist in moving and arranging garments/products within the store.
• Support with backend and inventory-related activities as required.
• Help with receiving, checking, sorting, and storing new merchandise.
• Assist the sales team during busy hours and customer requirements.
• Ensure products are properly arranged and readily available for the sales team.
• Perform other store-support duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Retail / store helper experience is preferred.
• Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
• Should be physically active and comfortable handling store-related work.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
