Helper/Cleaner

Job Summary

Assists construction workers with general site duties, including moving and organizing materials, loading and unloading supplies, maintaining tools and equipment, and keeping the work area clean and safe. Performs debris removal, sweeping, dusting, and other housekeeping tasks to ensure the construction site remains organized and hazard-free. Follows safety procedures and supports workers with assigned tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, staff quarters, and site facilities.
• Maintain hygiene in restrooms, pantries, and common areas.
• Handle laundry services for staff uniforms, linens, and bedding.
• Organize and restock cleaning supplies and consumables.
• Dispose of construction debris and office waste in compliance with safety standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or hazards to supervisors.
• Support site safety by ensuring proper storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Provide assistance during company events or site inspections.

Qualifications

• With construction skills is a plus.
• Preferably living near or in BGC, Taguig City.
• Willing to work on a project-based project.
• CAN START ASAP
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior helper/cleaner experience, ideally in industrial or construction settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and work in site conditions.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Flexibility to perform varied tasks as needed.
