Helper/Handyman

HANDYPERSON and/or helper wanted-on call. 1-2 persons. Work schedule is flexible. Typical schedule is 8-16 hours per week. Pay is $120-200 per day for 8-hour day based on skill set, experience, and personal tools.

Support punch list items and directed tasks related to property maintenance. Must have personal transportation, smart phone, e-mail, and basic hand tools. Typical tasks are yard maintenance, tool-equipment-supplies maintenance, touch up painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, light electrical, light mechanical, gutter repair/cleaning, deck work. Work available at two properties in Alpharetta (30022-primary) and Sandy Springs (30350-secondary). Must be within 15 miles of Alpharetta. Provide zip code in response.

Tools available but will give preference to respondents with their own tools. Must have transportation to get to and between job sites (no Uber, Lyft, MARTA, drop off, or ride needed). Mostly weekdays. Date/time flexible. Pay Zelle (preferred) or cash app.

Pay: $120.00 - $200.00 per day
