• Assist skilled workers with daily construction activities at villa project sites.
• Carry and transport construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Load, unload, and arrange materials such as cement, sand, blocks, pipes, tiles, and other building materials.
• Assist masons with blockwork, mortar preparation, plastering, and concrete works.
• Support electricians and plumbers by providing tools and materials and assisting with basic installation activities under supervision.
• Assist carpenters, painters, tile fixers, and other trades as required.
• Prepare and mix cement, mortar, and other construction materials according to instructions.
• Help with site preparation, material storage, and movement of equipment.
• Clean work areas, remove debris, and maintain good housekeeping throughout the site.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and checking materials against instructions.
• Follow directions from supervisors, foremen, and skilled workers.
• Protect completed work and construction materials from damage.
• Report damaged tools, material shortages, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies, site rules, and health and safety procedures.
• Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Basic education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in construction or villa projects is an advantage.
• Freshers may apply if they are willing to learn and perform general construction duties.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and support different trades.
• UAE construction site experience is an advantage.

• Completion of assigned tasks on time.
• Proper handling and storage of construction materials.
• Effective support for skilled workers and site supervisors.
• Good housekeeping and cleanliness at the construction site.
• Minimization of material damage and wastage.
• Compliance with site safety procedures and instructions.
• Full-time position at villa construction sites.
• Outdoor and indoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Physically demanding work involving lifting, carrying, standing, and bending.
• Work under the supervision of foremen, supervisors, and skilled tradespeople.
• Overtime may be required depending on project schedules.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
