HEOR Advisor, Methods

For our client, we are seeking a HEOR Advisor, Methods to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape health economics and outcomes research strategy across the development and commercialization lifecycle for a global portfolio of therapeutic compounds. The position will partner closely with clinical development, commercialization, and broader scientific stakeholders to translate technical evidence into strategies that support patient outcomes and business decisions. The work will focus on integrating patient-focused outcomes, economic value, and scientific communication to influence internal partners and the external research community.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $141,000 – $228,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive integration of HEOR from clinical development through commercialization
• Develop health economics and outcomes research strategy for the company’s therapeutic compounds
• Serve as a strategic partner on development and commercialization teams
• Formulate patient-focused outcome and economic value strategies
• Develop high-impact science to enhance patient outcomes
• Link technical expertise with business acumen to build strategic relationships
• Communicate HEOR information to internal partners and the scientific community

Qualifications

• Doctorate (PhD, MD) or PharmD/MS with relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience in outcomes strategies and projects
• Strong communication skills for disseminating scientific information
• Experience in health care systems across regions such as the US, Europe, and Asia
• Technical skills in economic modeling and health policy
