HEOR Asset Scientist - Advisor

For our client, we are seeking a HEOR Asset Scientist - Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape health economics and outcomes research strategy across the product portfolio, ensuring scientific evidence is integrated into clinical development and commercialization planning. The position will partner closely with development, commercialization, pricing, and access teams to strengthen value positioning for products in a highly regulated global environment. It is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on translating disease expertise and economic insights into evidence that supports decision-making and market access.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $141,000 – $206,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive integration of HEOR into clinical development and commercialization activities
• Develop and oversee health outcomes research strategy for portfolio compounds
• Serve as a strategic partner to development and commercialization teams
• Formulate patient-focused and economic value strategies for products
• Develop scientific evidence to address evidence-generation needs
• Apply disease knowledge to resolve pricing and access-related issues
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met through cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

• Doctorate (PhD, MD) with 3-5 years of experience in outcome strategies or projects, or PharmD/MS with 3-5 years of experience in outcome strategies or projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Knowledge of healthcare systems in the US, Europe, or Asia
• Experience with healthcare delivery models and clinical research
• Technical proficiency in economic modeling, evaluation, and health policy
• Ability to manage research agendas through completion
