Job Overview:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee and coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations within the FMCG business. This role is responsible for demand and supply planning, inventory management, procurement and supplier management to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.

The position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, NPD, Accounting, Warehouse, and OEM/Factory partners to align supply with business demand, manage risks, optimize inventory, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage demand & supply planning based on sales forecasts and business requirements
• Monitor inventory, stock coverage, slow-moving and out-of-stock situations
• Coordinate PO , production plans, and delivery schedules with suppliers/OEM factories
• Follow up Packaging, and Finished Goods availability
• Coordinate NPD and promotional projects from planning to product launch
• Monitor ETD/ETA and coordinate inbound shipments with logistics and warehouse teams
• Analyze Supply Chain KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, NPD, Accounting , Warehouse, and suppliers
• Lead and support the Supply Chain team to achieve service level, inventory, and cost targets

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning / Procurement / Logistics
• Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Consumer Products is preferred
• Strong experience in forecasting, inventory management, PO, supplier, and factory coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of Excel and ERP systems
• Good English communication and coordination skills
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities
