HES Engineer

The Role

• The selected candidate will provide OE-HES services and technical support focused on Occupational and Process Safety, ensuring operational effectiveness and continuous improvement. The role develops, implements, and monitors safety systems and procedures aligned with industry and regulatory standards to minimize risks, integrate safety into operations, and support the company’s performance objectives.

The Individual

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; Licensed Engineer is an advantage
• At least five years (5) years of relevant work experience in Occupational Safety and Health, preferably in geothermal operations and/or related industries
• Certified DOLE Safety Officer 3; DOLE OSH Practitioner SO4 is an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of OSH regulations and regulatory compliance requirements
• Relevant environmental-compliance experience and completed PCO Training are an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Valid driver’s license (RC2) with driving experience
• Willing to be assigned to any of the company’s work locations
