HESS Supervisor

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or any 4 years course.
• Has necessary training – BOSH, COSH, etc.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience is preferred.
• Good in written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office applications - Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience in Oil and Gas industry is an advantage.
• Amenable to work at Lemery, Batangas.
• Can start immediately.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY, SECURITY

• Regularly inspecting facilities and operations to ensure adherence to all HESS regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Conduct safety training and orientation to employees, guests and visitors.
• Implement and maintain safety programs, policies and procedures to ensure good health and safe practices.
• Conduct job hazard analysis and risk assessment to work related processes of the company.
• Monitors and maintain an updated emergency preparedness plan. Assist Emergency Response Team during emergency situations.
• Ensure that the emergency equipment (oil spill and firefighting equipment) is ready and effectively maintained to control loss during emergencies.
• Collaborating with different departments, contractors, and liaise with external agencies to ensure HESS compliance across all operations.
• Creates awareness among the employees and heighten the consciousness about safety, good housekeeping and environmental.
• Maintaining records of inspections, incidents, training sessions, and non-compliance issues, and preparing reports.
• Prepares safety statistical information as basis for the safety performance of the terminal.
• Conduct of investigation for any HESS related incidents and facilitates action until its full closure.
• Will be the designated Pollution Control Officer of the terminal.
• Will be the designated Port Facility Security Officer of the terminal.
• Monitors the activities and accomplishment of the security.
• Ensure that the security operations are within the bound of the company security manual.
• Monitors security agency compliance to the immediate reportorial of incidences of their respective locations including investigation of security incidents.
• Conducts periodic audit of the terminal or to any other terminals.
• Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
