Job Overview
We are looking for reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our recycling team. You will be responsible for safely operating our vehicles, carrying out recycling collections and deliveries, and ensuring loads are handled safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 2 HGV vehicles in line with company and road safety regulations. Carry out recycling collections and deliveries. Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects. Ensure loads are secure and handled safely. Complete required paperwork and driving records. Provide a professional and friendly service to customers. Work safely as part of a busy recycling operation.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence. Previous HGV driving experience preferred. Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle checks. Reliable, professional and safety-conscious. Good communication skills. Waste or recycling experience desirable but not essential
