Location: – Reading, Berkshire

Job Type: Permanent, full time 40 hours per week, overtime may be required)

Pay: £17.00/hour basic | £25.50/hour overtime at time and a half (after 40 hours)

We’re looking for a professional, flexible and safety-conscious HGV Service Driver - Class 2 to join our team based in Reading. You’ll be out on the road servicing welfare cabins, toilets, and other equipment at customer sites across the UK — no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing as a HGV Service Driver

• Replenishing water and fuel, and removing effluent waste from welfare units on customer sites
• Carrying out multi-drop routes and managing delivery/collection paperwork
• Ensuring loads are safely secured and vehicles are operated in compliance with legal and company standards
• Delivering great service and promoting Garic’s professional image at every site you visit

What You’ll Need to be a HGV Service Driver

Essential:

• Full HGV Category C Licence
• Valid DCPC (35 hours completed)
• Solid multi-drop driving experience
• Strong understanding of driver hours/tachograph rules
• Able to carry out safety checks confidently

Desirable:

• CSCS Card
• Experience in plant hire, construction, or manufacturing environments
