Essential Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet These)

• Proven experience as an HGV Technician
• Strong knowledge of HGV / LCV maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• Ability to prepare vehicles for MOT inspections
• Confident carrying out road tests and fault diagnosis
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work to DVSA standards and Operator Licence requirements

Desirable

• IRTEC accreditation

About the Role

We are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated HGV Technician to join our growing team.

The role involves servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HGV and LCV vehicles while ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGV / LCV vehicles
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults efficiently
• Prepare vehicles for annual MOT testing
• Conduct road tests to ensure vehicle roadworthiness
• Attend offsite breakdowns when required
• Ensure compliance with DVSA regulations and operator licence standards
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
