HGV Technician

Job overview

You would be working for an independent HGV Repairer in a modern and well equipped workshop. Carrying out routine servicing and repairs on a modern all marque vehicle fleet.

This is a day-shift role only, starting at 08.00hrs - 16.30hrs Monday to Friday with available overtime.

You would be required to complete the roles as follows (but not limited to) :-

• Scheduled 6/8 weekly inspections (to DVSA standards)
• Routine and preventative maintenance repairs
• Correction of running vehicle defects
• Defect fault finding with the use of diagnostic tools
• MOT preparation (to DVSA standards)

Technician requirements

• Ideally skilled to C&G, NVQ equilivalents
• Full driving license
• To be comfortable working in a small team enviroment
