Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional patient care in home and community settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs, including geriatric patients or dementia care. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor and document vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse
• Support medication administration following prescribed protocols while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Provide specialized care for patients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory impairments, including memory care techniques
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within medical records and ensure compliance with home health care standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and address individual needs.Experience
• Prior experience working as an HHA or CNA in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in geriatrics is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and vital signs measurement is essential.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
