HHA, CNA, PCA

Trendstar Homecare is hiring reliable, compassionate, and professional caregivers to provide quality in-home care services to clients in Manassas and surrounding areas. We are looking for HHAs, CNAs, PCAs, and experienced caregivers who are passionate about helping seniors and individuals with daily living needs remain safe and comfortable at home.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and repositioning
• Provide feeding assistance and meal support
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow the client’s care plan and report any changes in condition
• Maintain professionalism, respect, and confidentiality at all times
• Arrive on time and complete assigned shifts as scheduled

Requirements:

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiving experience preferred
• Must be dependable, patient, and caring
• Must be comfortable assisting with personal care and ADLs
• Must be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass required background checks

Schedule:

Flexible shifts available, including daytime, evening, weekend, and long-hour shifts.

Pay:

Competitive pay based on experience and assignment.
