Role Overview

As a Caregiver, your primary responsibility is to provide hands-on support to senior residents, enhancing their quality of life through personalized care and meaningful engagement.

Responsibilities include assisting with

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes.

You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications include a

• High School Diploma/GED

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it

, and

• compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

.
