We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature
• Administer medications accurately following medical instructions and document all care activities in electronic health record (EHR) systems or medical records
• Support patients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, hospice care, and end-of-life assistance
• Perform patient transfers using safe methods like Hoyer lifts or transfer belts while ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of privacy and security
• Assist with household tasks including meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment

Skills

• Proven experience working with geriatric patients or individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, home healthcare regulations, and documentation practices
• Ability to perform patient personal care assistance with compassion and professionalism
• Skilled in taking vital signs, catheter care, medication administration, and basic life support (BLS) including CPR
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and record keeping
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform patient transfers as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
