Job Summary

We are urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic healthcare environments. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential personal care and support within their homes.

Duties

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and observe patient conditions, noting changes in health status and reporting findings accurately.
• Support patients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning to promote a safe and healthy environment.
• Utilize patient transfer methods and equipment such as Hoyer Lift safely and effectively for patient mobility.

Skills

• Proven experience working with geriatric patients and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to perform patient personal care assistance with compassion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with HHA Exchange EVV for accurate record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with patient transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment such as Hoyer Lift.
